Good Old-Fashioned Witch Banning @ 01:35 pm

Tags: ,

"The world just isn't ready for diversity when it comes to their kids."

Doherty called Army Captain Todd Buchheim, the boys' father and a former Eagle Scout stationed at Fort Polk, to inform him that the boys no longer were welcome in the Scout troop.

Looks like the ouster has been revoked, but at least everyone learned a fun lesson about religious intolerance and ostracism!

But on a serious note, could the pagans have chosen a same-sex-preferencier name than Spiral Scouts?

The scouts have been gaining a worse reputation than they've ever had in the past few years. With not allowing admitted atheists, banning gay people from running troops, and things like this it's no surprise that they're losing numbers.

Heh. Spiral scouts.

The Buchheims said Doherty told them that if Cody had lied about his faith, the boys could have remained with no problem.

So lying is better than being a wiccan?

Nice lesson there.

That's right! I forgot all about the object lessons in hypocrisy and insincerity.
