A FREE screening of The Yellow Sign and Call of Cthulhu.
Afterwards, there will be a Q&A with directors aaronjv (YS) and Andrew Leman (Call of Cthulhu) afterwards, talking about adapting literary works to the screen.
5300 Melrose Avenue (across the street from Paramount Studios)
Los Angeles, CA 90038
Guests should enter through the Van Ness gate
They can park in the structure on the EAST side of Van Ness Ave., just south of Melrose for $5
or, free street parking is available if they want to search for a spot (it can get busy around there).
YOU CANNOT PARK DIRECTLY ON THE RALEIGH STUDIOS LOT-- DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE ON TO THE LOT
Guests should then walk through the pedestrian gate at Van Ness. Tell them you are going to a screening at the Chaplin Theater. They will direct you, but here are some directions anyways:
Go through the gate, walk straight ahead towards the sound stage wall. When you are just about to hit the wall, turn left, and you will pass through a gate and down a small hill. Once clear of the building, turn right, and you will be walking towards the cafe. There are double doors just to your right, enter there, and go upstairs (stairs right in front of you). The Chaplin is now behind you. If the screening has started, there will be a red light on outside. If you open the door, you will be in the front of the theater, and everyone can see who arrived late and disrupted the screening.
PLEASE, NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE THE THEATER!
