Described in the journal Contraception, the tabletop apparatus simulates human copulation and features a "thrust-hole" with flexible diameter, a piston with variable thrust rate, and adjustable lubrication.

The picture in Nature is priceless, but not googlable. To approximate it, imagine the copulation simulator devised by this man:
