Sigh. 3.3 scared me. Of course, it was a mile away.

Was in the car, didn't feel it. Not a big shock. No pun intended!

1. WOW there have been a number of noticeable earthquakes since I left last June.

2. I'm surprised this one is getting chatted over so much - it's only a 3.3.

Therefore: I'm worried. I've been hearing about the immanence of The Big One for all of my life...I'm hoping people have prepared what they can. Take care, guys.

Apparently the Santa Monica police/fire fielded more calls from media than upset residents.

3.3 is pretty small, but any earthquake you feel is worth mentioning.

Campbell's soup finally went on sale at Ralph's so I picked up a lot. I'm ready for disaster (until I eat it all).

Don't worry, just look at the Big One as another opportunity to lower housing prices in LA. A $1 million hilltop mansion is only $150K when it slides down to the bottom.

1, we're overdue for this sort of thing, and 2, it was directly under our asses. Of this bunch here, Mike's the only one farther away horizontally than vertically. Made for one little jolt and one big one and that was it.

Hm. Seems like there's been a lot of small earthquakes in the area. Could it be that Tom Kovach is RIGHT? God is clearly about to punish LA pretty hard for... uh... I dunno, but it has something to do with gay marriage.
