Taters, Precious

After the aromatherapy absinthium got completed, we did some grillin'. I heartily endorse this recipe, which we augmented with rosemary from the garden. That and some pasilla peppers and New York strip steaks, themselves augmented with some spice rub from A&K (ages ago). Turned out fabulous.
