Who knows? In a thousand years, even you may be worth something.

Heritage Auction Galleries is having a natural history auction, mainly things that museums might buy. Anyway, as demonstrations of Belloq's Law, I offer:

The $500 cockroach and the $200 poop.

There is plenty of pretty and cool on offer as well.
Fossil ammonite turned into a gem.
A piece of the moon.
Lovely crystalline gold.

I have an invite to their auction preview reception in Beverly Hills on the evening of Saturday the 5th. Give a holler and I'll see if I can't transfer it to any of you deserving folk, if you want to drool over these things in person.
