Baikonur photos of shuttle program

If pictures of decaying Apollo sites make you weepy, here's some interesting counterparts from the Soviet Energia and Soviet shuttle facilities at Baikonur. "Soviet shuttle?", you may quizzically ask. I confess I barely remember anything about it either, but the Buran shuttle flew once (unmanned) in 1988. So the pictures also have a strange feel of alternate universe about them to my eyes.
