Annual Rotifer Book Club

It's Memorial Day, so that means Maxicon and the Westchester Rotarians Used Book Sale. The book sale's around for a week, so I usually drift by every couple days to see if anything else catches my eye. This time up, I found Chandler's The Long Goodbye, which I couldn't remember if I've read or not, Ngaio Marsh's Death in a White Tie, and By Space Ship to Saturn from 1935, though I seem to have a later printing (and no DJ). But the book has an adorable inscription from the owner (age 10) and pencil sketches of rockets and planets. His address is about a mile from the house.
